Volunteers Make A Difference!
We are Help Fight AIDS Through Books and Music, an all-volunteer project for the AIDS Council of Northeastern NY. Picture is of our set-up team after getting over 3,000 books ready for a book sale! The sale raised over $5,000!
We fight AIDS by (1) raising money and promoting projects to help meet special needs of People With AIDS and by (2) spreading knowledge about HIV/AIDS.
Our efforts are targeted to help People With HIV/AIDS and their loved ones who may be living in poverty or need special assistance.
We support the AIDS Council, a dynamic non-profit organization which provides services to over 1,200 People With HIV/AIDS and their loved ones. The AIDS Council also provides HIV/AIDS educational and prevention services to the community at large.
We raise money locally and on-line through book sales and other fund raising efforts. We also promote and conduct other projects to help meet the needs of People With HIV/AIDS and their loved ones.
