Help Fight AIDS Through Books and Music raises funds:

Locally with community book sales, two area store locations, Entertainment book sales by store sponsors and volunteers and
On-Line with a half.com book shop and Entertainment book sales for over 100 locations.

We also support other fund raising efforts of the AIDS Council and other AIDS related organizations

Dining Out For Life 2008

What better way to support the cause than by celebrating life with some friends and great food? Help the AIDS Council make Dining Out For Life an event to remember.

Participating restaurants from Plattsburgh to Hudson and throughout the Capital Region will be donating at least 25% of their food and beverage sales to the AIDS Council. All you have to donate is your appetite!

The Treasure Chest a thrift store is operated by the Albany Damien Center. Help Fight AIDS Through Books and Music runs the books and music department with book/music proceeds going to the AIDS Council.

Glenwood Manor Antique Store
60 Glenwood Ave. Queensbury NY
The Glenwood Manor Antique Center is a multi-dealer antique and collectible center with 4 floors, 34 rooms and 30 dealers in a wonderful old Victorian building. Paul operates a book sale at the location for our project.
The effort is coordinated by long time volunteer, Paul McMore.

Book Shop at E-Bay's Half.com
A team of volunteers fill orders on a daily basis.
We have over 1,000 books in stock.
Entertainment Coupon Book Sales
We receive a commission for each book sold.

Until There's a Cure

"Until There's a Cure" is an organization committed to funding innovative AIDS related programs. It raises funds through the sale of a bracelet and recently awarded a grant to the AIDS Council. Check out the bracelet at www.Until.org
